கழிவும் மருந்தே:

தமிழகத்தில் அரிசியை உலையில் போடும் முன் நீரால் கலைவார்கள் (தூய்மையாக்குதல் - சிறுகல், களிமண் மற்றும் பிற நீக்குதல்). பின் கலைந்த நீரில் கறிகாய்களை கழுவி அரிவார்கள். புழு பூச்சியுள்ள கறிகாய்களை அந்த நீரில் போட்டு, அதை வெளியே வீசாமல், ஒரு மட்பாண்ட்த்தில் ஊற்றி பாதுகாப்பர். அரிசி பொங்கியவுடன் வடிகட்டி சாதமாக உண்பர். வடிகட்டிய நீரை (கஞ்சி) நீராகரமாகவும் பருகுவர்.

ஒருவேளை/நாளில் மிகுந்த உணவுகளையும், கஞ்சியையும்  அம்மட்பாண்ட்த்தில் சேமிப்பர்.

மந்தைசென்று இல்லம் திரும்பும் கால்நடைகளுக்கு மட்பாண்ட்த்தில் சேமித்த கழுனீரை உணவாக தருவர்.

இவ்வாறு, கழுனீரையும் ஒரு உணவாக உண்ட கால்நடைகள் எருவாக (சாணம்) நம் கழனிகளுக்கு (வயல்) இயற்கை மருந்தாக விளைநிலத்திற்கு வருகிறது.

இது ஒரு சுழற்சி. நவீன விஞ்ஞானத்தில் நியூட்டனின் மூன்றாம் விதி.

இவ்வழக்கத்தினால், தமிழர்கள் பல உண்மைகளை மறைமுகமாக உணர்த்துகிறார்கள். அவை,

1.         நீர் மேலாண்மை - அரிசி, பருப்பு கழுவிய நீரை வீணாக்காமல்,  கறிகாய்களையும் கழுவி கால்நடைகளுக்கு உணவாக்கினர்.

2.         கஞ்சியையும் கழுனீருடன் கலந்து நல்ல கால்நடைகளுக்கு சத்துணவாக்கினர். (நவீன உலகில் குக்கரில் சமைப்பதால் அரிசியில் உள்ள சத்துக்கள் மனிதன் ஒருவனே உட்கொள்கிறான்.)

3.         இயற்கை வேளாண்மை - கால்நடைகள் வெளியேற்றும் கழிவுகளை (சாணம், கோமியம்) விளைநிலங்களுக்கு உரமாக்கினான். கோமியத்தை கிருமி நாசினியாகவும் மனிதன் பயன்படுத்தினான்.

4.         சாணத்தை இல்லத்தின் தரையில் (அகம் & புறம்) தெளித்து கொசு, பூச்சி மற்றும் பிற அண்டாவண்ணம் தன் உடல்நலத்தையும் பாதுகாத்தான். சாணம் தெளித்த மண் தரை வெயிலில் குளுமையையும், கார்காலத்தில் கொசுக்கள் வரமாலும் தடுத்தன.

5.         பாத்திரம்/துணி துவைத்த அசுத்த நீரை பாத்திகட்டி தன் தோட்டத்துக்கு பாய்ச்சினான். தோட்டத்து விளைபொருளை உண்பது மூலம் நஞ்சையும் அமிர்தமாக்கினான்.

தேவைக்கு மிகுதியான நவீனம், வணிகமயாக்கம், தொழில் வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் பல மூலம் நாம் இழந்த்து அதிகம், பெற்றது குறைவு.

Hardly , a week is left for elections, political parties are geared up their campaigns despite the rising mercury level in the atmosphere, political atmosphere got heated day by day by mud slanging, counter slanging etc.,

As a citizen of India, people who are eligible for vote should franchise their rights. Looking the polling trends of TN, the percentage of poll varies from 45 - 75 % . During every election starts from 1952 till 2011, young minds think that "CHANGE SHOULD COME". But at the end of duration of Govt, they feel fed up.

For the past two decades, all major political parties offers "Freebies", "Subsidies", "Waving of Loans" etc., for capture the magical number but never ever think afterwards about the progressive development of the state. Development do occur  in the state by their efforts which is of mini-scale compare to the scams, corruption, etc.,

Responsibility lies with Not only with Political Leaders/Parties, but also WE the people.

First of all, People should exercise their vote without thinking that it is Holiday and plan for outdoor.

Political parties has their traditional vote bank which ranges from 30 - 40% (Dravidian parties) 15- 20 % (Rest). Many young minds/commoners are "UNDECIDED" voters ( 30 - 40 %) which plays crucial role in electing a Govt. They change their minds in each & every election, accordingly, Govt too got changed.

If "UNDECIDED" voters, think, they can bring a change in Political system. In the past, boycotting the election in some parts of the state happened and showcased by Media/Cinema etc., But that's not the solution.

1. If you don't vote, it leads to BOGUS voting by the parties. You don't have right to curse the outcome of the result.

2. If you exercise your vote, you avoid BOGUS voting

If you think " NO CANDIDATE" contesting elections are eligible, then vote for 49-O (NOTA - None of the Above).

1.    It reduce the Winning Margin of the Candidate and fortune of the candidate may change.

2.    In a Constituency, if NOTA percentage is more than the votes of the many of the candidates, then political parties/candidates will field a suitable/eligible candidate in the next election.

3.    Who knows in the near future, even Election System may also get changed such as Winning Candidate should poll more votes than polled in the constituency.

CHANGES NEVER HAPPEN IN OVERNIGHT OR A DAY OR TWO, IT WILL BE PROGRESSIVE

MIGHT BE 2021, 2016.... MAY SEE A CHANGE IN THE MINDS OF PARTIES/CANDIDATES/VOTERS ETC.,
